All of our products are custom made to your specification and length. It is therefore very important that you take accurate measurements before placing your order with us as we are not able to give refunds on these goods.
Damaged Goods - Should any item be delivered in a damaged condition, we will refund the full amount, providing that the goods are returned to us within 14 working days of receipt and that all packaging is included.
Please note - Whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of our goods - we can not accept and responsibility for any color misrepresentations. All our products are hand made and hand finished. Also, different color display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colors.
