STEP 1
Have a Browse...

Have a good browse through our stair rod collections. We have a great selection so you are bound to find something to suit you. Some stair rods collections have more options than others e.g. rod styles, colours, finials etc. The on screen instructions will guide you through the more complex stair rod collections.

STEP 2
Select your stair rods...

When you find the stair rods that you wish to purchase, click on the add to basket button.  Be sure that you select the correct length - you can refer to our useful Measurement & Fitting Guide for guidence. You will then be taken to your shopping basket where you can specify the quantity of stair rods you require.  After you have entered the number of rods you require, click on the 'Recalculate Total' button to claculate the total cost of your order.

If you need multiple rods of different lengths simply add your first length to the shopping basket and then press the back button in your browser.  You can then add your next length to the shopping basket and repeat until all of your required lengths are present in the shopping basket - then select the quantity for each.

STEP 3
Make your purchase...

When you are finished shopping, go to the shopping basket page and click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.  This will transfer you to our secure WorldPay page where you can enter your details, credit/debit card information and submit your order.  You will then receive confirmation of your order and we will contact you to arrange the delivery of your items.
